Return and refund:
RETURN will be given as in STORE CREDITS
To be eligible for a return, return items must meet these conditions:
Merchandise must be returned within 5 days of receipt.
Receipt or proof of purchase.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled, and clothing tags must still be intact. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
Merchandise must have all tags, including any hang tags attached.
Any merchandise marked "FINAL SALE" CANNOT be returned.
NON-RETURNABLE MERCHANDISES include sale products, promotional or discounted items, accessories, swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie... and gift cards. These products are FINAL SALE.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.
Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to us.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
L'effet Glamour diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or the wrong size. If you need to exchange it for the same item or different size send us an email at email@example.com to make sure the the product or size needed is still available.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
